Post-purchase evaluation. What matters most to your customers when they think back on the 'rightness' of the purchase? What helps them determine the purchase was a good idea? What sorts of things make them think a purchase was a bad idea?
Getting their bang for their buck is most important. Buying for both price and quality and ensuring that they're not getting scammed. The quality and price matching uup usually helps them determine a good purchase. Probably something being too cheap for how high of a quality they are selling it for is a bit of a red flag.

Hello! I really admire the system you created rating each category from a scale of zero to ten. Very creative. I think that you are on the right path here and I concured with the number you gave all the categories except for style. In my opinion, most people in the century we live in want to be on top of fashion and style (Airpods) so I'd give that category at least an 8. Good work overall!!
